Easy Returns
Easy returns, with our 28 day return policy.
Changed your mind? Doesn't fit? No problem... simply pack your order back up, make sure the product is in the exact same condition it arrived. Please don't write on or apply a label to the product's retail packaging directly.
Note down your Order number in/on the parcel packaging so we can identify it and return to us.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange to. You can return your unwanted item back to us for a refund.
Warranty Returns
If your item is covered by Warranty, we'll need to send this off for inspection to the brand's warranty. To start, please get in touch and send us your order number and pictures of what's happened.

All our packaging is re-used, recycled or recyclable. We encourage you to re-use and recycle your mailing bag, box and packaging.
We don't include paper Invoices or Delivery notes in your order, we understand these often go straight into the bin, but if needed, you'll have a PDF Invoice in your Order Confirmation email.
We're currently working with our suppliers to further reduce plastic packaging.

We are proud supporters of The Access Bike Project if you haven't heard of them, have a look at their website. They are an amazing community project that turn people’s old bikes into opportunities for our youth.
Any of our old bike parts that we cannot use or sell on our recycled page we donate to this awesome initiative.
Having your bike serviced? Upgrading? Have old parts taking up space in your garage? Donate your old bike parts to Access Bike. Here at Slam69 we have a collection point for any donations you may have. These guys are creative and innovative, even if parts are no longer fit for bikes, they will create something awesome!
Recently they organised a pub quiz fund raiser which raised them enough money to buy not one, but TWO new work stands, we were stoked to be able to help them attain a bargain price and order these in for them.

On top of offering our advice and guidance on the products listed that we personally use, know and have experience with, we understand pricing is a big part of making your decision too. We always try to bring the best pricing, so feel free to give us a nudge when you spot a better price. We are able to Price Match with the majority of items we have available.
We do have some criteria to meet when offering a Price Match.
- Send us the website URL to the competitors lower price. If in store, you can show us on your phone or a print out copy.
- The competitor must be a UK registered shop, we cannot price match against Google searches, Private sellers, eBay, Amazon or similar.
- The product listed must be the exact same as ours; identical condition, model, colour and size.
- The competitor must have the product in stock at the time of the Price Match.
- The Price Match total must be the product price including VAT and delivery.
- A Price Match discount cannot be added after the sale is complete.
- The Price Match discount and extra discounts, club savings or promo offers cannot be applied together, we can only offer one discount.
- We're unable to accept Finance or Cycle schemes on Price Matched and discounted products. These will need to be paid in full using our other payment methods.
- If accepted, we will give you a discount code or link to complete your order with the price matched product. You can use one discount code per order.
