Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, please order by 2pm for dispatch same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, on a Weekend or Bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

 Complete Bike, Custom Built Bike and Wheel Orders -

These orders may take longer to dispatch, we build up custom builds to order - dispatch is normally within 1-2 days.

UK Delivery Options -
Standard (2-5 days) - This is a no rush service, usually taking 2-5 days. Average delivery is 3 days.
Express (1-2 days) - Delivery aim is normally next day, but may take 1-2 working days.
Next day by 1pm (1 day) - Guaranteed next working day by 1pm.
Saturday (arrives on Saturday) - Only service that has a guaranteed Saturday arrival.

We use Hermes, TNT, Royalmail and Parcelforce's courier services. We trust our couriers to deliver on time, in some cases there may be delays.

Service updates, will let you know if your area is currently affected by delays.
For example; due to bad weather, flooding, etc.

Please allow for 1-2 days extra to Scottish Highlands, Islands including Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Worldwide Delivery Options -
Standard - This is a standard option which covers all orders worldwide. Delivery is usually within 2-10 working days.
Get a Quote - We will get personalised shipping quotes and give you all our best prices to choose from.

Some countries may incur VAT and Duty, please use a Duty Calculator and be prepared to pay these fees on arrival.
Please be aware that we will not cover these fees. If you are unable to pay your Duty fees the courier service may dispose the order.

If we have given you a reference number in your dispatch email.
You can track your order on it's way to you.
