Q What time are you open?
A We are open Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Q I've sent a message how long will you take to reply?
A We are actively replying to messages Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
We aim to reply to all our messages as soon as possible. Please allow for delays in our replies over the evenings and weekends.
Q Where is your shop?
A We are located next to Royalmail in Gloucester Business Park in Gloucester. Sat Nav: GL3 4EE

Q Can I make an account?
A Yes you can, Make an Account here or create your account during the Check out. You can use this account in store and online.
Q Do you offer Price Match?
A Yes, We can price match most products. See more on price matching here.
Q Can I place an order online?
A Yes you can, simply add all the products you wish to purchase into the Cart. Then check out using our simple online process.
Q Can I place an order over the phone?
A We can no longer take payment over the phone, however, you can call to have an order put together for you. We will then email your quote to complete payment online.
Q How much is delivery?

Q When is the Order cut off time?
A We're actively picking and packing orders, we aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed by 2pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched next working day.
Q What does 'Buy to Order' mean?
A We don't currently hold this product in stock, however you can place your order. We'll order this in for you, confirm the estimated arrival date and dispatch your order ASAP. Feel free to contact us for availability.
Q Can you split my order and send some now and the rest to follow?
A I'm afraid we are unable to split your order. We'll dispatch your entire order all together when everything is available. You are welcome to place multiple orders to split your deliveries.
Q I have just placed an order, Can I change something?
A If you haven't had a dispatch email yet, then there may still time to make a change.

If your order has been dispatched, then we cannot make a change, you will need to place another order and/or arrange a return once it's arrived with you.
Q Has my order been dispatched yet?
A We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. If you placed your order by 2.00pm, we aim to dispatch same day.
You'll receive tracking information, check your texts and emails, don't forget to check your Junk/Spam Folder.
Q I've put the wrong address on my order, Can I change it?
A Please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before sending.
Q Can I reschedule or change my delivery?
A Yes, you can use the DPD App or online tracking to make any changes.
Q Can I get a VAT Invoice?
A To reduce unnecessary paper use, we don't include paper Delivery notes or Invoices in our deliveries. You'll have a PDF link in your Order confirmation email. Find out more here.
Q How do I return my order?
A You have 28 days to return your order. Simply pack your order back up, make sure the product is in the exact same condition it arrived.
Note down your Order number in/on the packaging so we can identify it and return to us.

Q How do I exchange my order?
A The quickest way is to place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange to. You can return your unwanted item back to us for a refund.
Q What is your workshop pricing?
A You can see our workshop pricing here.
Q Can I bring my bike in for a service/repair?
A Yes, Call us on 01452 690641 and book in your bike anytime. We also offer on-the-spot repairs when possible.
Q Do you offer finance?
A Yes, we offer finance through V12 please see more info here.
Please note, we are unable to offer discounts on orders placed with Finance.
Q Do you accept cycle to work schemes?
A Yes, We accept Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative, Cycle Solutions, CyclePlus, Bike2Work, WorkRiders, Caboodle, Salary Extras and more.
A cycle to work scheme is an agreement with your Employer.
Scheme providers all charge commission; taking usually 5%, 10% or even 20% from the total of the voucher. For this reason we are unable to offer discounts/offers to scheme users.
Please note, we DO NOT accept Halfords Cycle2Work (C2W) vouchers.
Q Do you have a checklist for a custom build?
A We do, you can find our custom build checklist here.
Q Can you sponsor me?
A As you can imagine, we have a lot of sponsorship requests.

Q Do you have stickers / merch?
A We include stickers into every order, while stocks last.
