Q What time are you open?
A We are open Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm.

Q Where is your shop?
A We are located next to Royalmail in Gloucester Business Park in Gloucester. Sat Nav: GL3 4EE

Q Can I place an order online?
A Yes you can, simply add all the products you wish you purchase into the Cart. Then check out using our simple online process.
Q Can I place an order over the phone?
A We can no longer take payment over the phone, however, you can call to have an order put together for you. We will then email your quote and payment options.
Q How much is delivery?

Q When is the Order cut off time?
A We aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed by 2pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched next working day.
Q What does 'Buy to Order' mean?
A We don't currently hold this product in stock, however you can place your order. We'll order this in for you and dispatch your order ASAP.
Q Can I make an account?
A Yes you can, Make an Account here or create your account during the Check out.
Q Do you offer Price Match?
A Yes, We can price match most products.
Send us the website URL to your lower price, please make sure the product is brand new, in stock and not an auction site.
Q I have just placed an order, Can I change something?
A If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, then there is still time to make a change.

If your order has been dispatched, then we cannot make a change, you will need to arrange a return.
Q Has my order been dispatched yet?
A We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. If you placed your order by 2.00pm, we aim to dispatch same day.
We often supply tracking information, check your emails, and your Junk Folder.
Q I've put the wrong address on my order, Can I change it?
A Our services are unable to be stopped or altered once they have been dispatched.
However get in touch on 01452 690641 and we will see what we can do. You can also contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
Q Can I reschedule or change my delivery?
A Yes, you can contact us or DPD directly to make any changes to your delivery.

Q Can I bring my bike in for a service/repair?
A Yes, Call us on 01452 690641 and book in your bike anytime.
Q Do you offer finance?
A Yes, we offer finance through V12 please see more info here.
You can also make payment using PayPal Credit.
Q Do you accept cycle to work schemes?
A Yes, We accept Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative, Cycle Solutions, CyclePlus, Bike2Work, WorkRiders and more.
Please note, we do not accept Halfords Cycle2Work vouchers.
You can exchange your Halfords Cycle2Work voucher into a CyclePlus to use in any bike shop.
Contact your employer to arrange this for you.
