RETURNS
If you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged orders please contact us as soon as possible, by email on slam69@hotmail.co.uk
Do not discard these items as they will need to be pictured and in most cases returned.
If you have ordered incorrectly, you can return your items to us.
For a refund on a returned item, they need to arrive back with us in the exact resaleable condition they had been received in. Broken packaging will also result in a part or no refund. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition and we are unable to refund your return, you'll be responsible for postage costs back to you or we will discard of the item.Â
The original postage cost has already been paid to the courier to deliver your order, this is non-refundable. We accept no responsibility for your actions or postage costs.
All returns must be back with us within 28 working days from the day you receive your order.
Simply pack your order back up, make sure the product is in the exact same condition it arrived.
Note down your Order number in/on the packaging so we can identify it and return to us.

Please note: We do not cover return postage cost. We recommend using signed or tracked services and do not accept responsibility for any lost returns.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If the return is for a warranty claim then again please contact us first, via email or phone 01452 690 641. If the item is covered by a warranty please return to us, with its receipt or copy of email notification and we will aim to sort it as soon as possible. The warranty is for the original owner/purchaser and not for any products bought second hand.
We cannot accept any Warranty claims that have been purchased from other stores or outside the UK. You must go back to the store you bought your products from.
We must have the product returned before we send out a replacement or refund.
The Warranty Procedure
Your product being claimed for on warranty must be purchased from Slam69 Ltd.
Please remember: Your product will have its warranty void if it has been sanded, welded, resprayed, stripped or any of the similar to defect the product from its original state; or you have bought this product second hand.
Step 1: Firstly we will need some images emailed along with your Order confirmation or Order number. Please also add a short sentence to sum up how this occurred.
Step 2: Once we have checked over these images, we may need to assess the product further which will need to be sent to us. Any Items covered by warranty will need to be returned to us at:

Step 3: If your product is covered by warranty. We may have this product available and in stock, however it some cases there will be a short wait to order in your product. If your product is now discontinued you will be covered with the closest match or a newer version of the product.

REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel an order before it's been dispatched, we offer a full refund on your order.

Refunds take approximately 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.
