ORDER
You can Order through the website, www.slam69.co.uk.
All orders placed by 3.00pm, Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch on the same day. Any after 3pm will leave on the following working day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
 
We allow orders to be placed on Out of Stock items, this is so the product can be Ordered in for you from our supplier. This usually takes up to 2 working days and we will dispatch as soon as we receive it.
In some cases, if the product is no longer available or there is a longer wait for its arrival.
We will get in touch with you right away. We will offer you the option to wait for its arrival, offer a few available alternatives or you can receive a full refund.

Dartmoor shipments arrive with us from Dartmoor HQ, Poland approximately every 2 weeks. We will keep you updated with any news and an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). On arrival of the item we are able to send out immediately on the next working day daily courier collection.



PRICES
Prices may differ to those in store and through mail order. Running offers can end at any time and/or be extended.
We are able to Price Match with the majority of items we have available. To enable a price match we must receive a Proof of cost, and the place of sale. This can be by means of a URL(Uniform Resource Locator), a screen print or print out, or anything of the similar. You can send this information to slam69@hotmail.co.uk. Sending this information does not guarantee a price match is viable.

PAYMENTS
You can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or through PayPal. We also accept payments by card over the phone. Card details given through the online banking system via www.slam69.co.uk cannot be seen by any member of staff at Slam69 Ltd, they are handled by our Merchant for a safe secure online transaction.
PayPal’s security information can be found directly with PayPal.
Klarna transactions are handled by Klarna and you can find more information with Klarna directly.

DELIVERY
We aim to get everything out same day if we receive your order before 3pm. Any after 3pm will leave on the following day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

The free postage service is a Standard 2-5 days delivery time. Depending on the size and weight of your order we will choose the best method between Hermes, Royalmail, Parcelforce or TNT. The Express 1-2 days service will be sent with Royalmail or Parcelforce. The Next day by 1pm option will be sent with Royalmail Guarranteed by 1pm or Parcelforce Express AM services. Saturday delivery is a guaranteed Saturday service from Parcelforce and Royalmail. You can also reserve and collect from our store. Please select the ‘Collection’ option to do this.
Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost please see in your Basket.

Allow an extra day or two to the Scotland Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Most deliveries Worldwide should arrive within 4-10 working days, in rare cases some may take up to 30 days.

We use Hermes, Royalmail, Parcelforce and TNT courier services.
You can check here for any Parcelforce service updates and here for any Royalmail service updates.
Service updates, will let you know if your area is currently affected by delays. For example; due to bad weather, flooding, etc.
We reserve the right to change and alter postage charges at any time.

We can send to other countries we have set £100 shipping on the site. Based on the majority of Orders being a size and weight of a frame box. We have tried to make it as affordable as possible. When purchasing a smaller order contact us on slam69@hotmail.co.uk or 01452 690 641 and we can quote our best delivery rate.
If you would rather use your own courier, select the ‘Collection’ option. Please await an email response to say your Order is ready for collection before making your courier arrangements.

Our shipping costs worldwide will cover the Shipping costs to deliver to your shipping address. Some countries may incur VAT and Duty, please use a Duty Calculator and be prepared to pay these fees on arrival. We will not cover these fees.

Please Note: Not all courier services are including Weekends. Choose the Saturday Delivery option for a guaranteed weekend delivery.
Please Note: Once the order leaves us, we trust our courier services to deliver on time. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays.
 
 
RETURNS & WARRANTY
If you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged orders please contact us as soon as possible, by email or by phone 01452 690 641. 
Do not discard these items as they will need to be pictured and in most cases returned.
If you have ordered incorrectly, we accept no responsibility for your actions or postage costs.
We can offer the correct item you need or a refund of the item cost.
For a refund or credit on a returned item, they need to arrive back with us in the exact resaleable condition they had been received in. Broken packaging will also result in a part or no refund. If we are unable to refund your return, you are responsible for postage charges back to you or we will discard of the item.
All returns must be back with us within 28 working days from the day you receive your order.

You MUST have a note in your package on return including your name, address and contact details. Please remember you may not be the only person returning an item.
 
If the return is for a warranty claim then again please contact us first, via email or phone 01452 690 641. If the item is covered by a warranty please return to us, with its receipt or copy of email notification and we will aim to sort it as soon as possible. The warranty is for the original owner/purchaser and not for any products bought second hand.
We cannot accept any Warranty claims that have been purchased from other stores or outside the UK. You must go back to the store you bought your products from.

We must have the product returned before we send out a replacement or refund.

The Warranty Procedure
Your product being claimed for on warranty must be purchased from Slam69 Ltd.
Please remember: Your product will have its warranty void if it has been sanded, welded, resprayed, stripped or any of the similar to defect the product from its original state; or you have bought this product second hand.
Step 1: Firstly we will need some images emailed along with your Order confirmation or Receipt. Please also add a short sentence to sum up how this occurred.
Step 2: Once we have checked over these images, we may need to assess the product further which will need to be sent to us. Any Items covered by warranty will need to be returned to us at:

Step 3: We may have this product available and in stock, however it some cases there will be a short wait to order in your product. If your product is now discontinued you will be covered with the closest match or a newer version of the product.

All customer records are kept secure and are not and will not be used by any third party company or individual for any reason. We will only give your details to the relevant courier services along with your mobile or email for tracking purposes. We also use your email address for our Trustpilot reviews and email subscription. These can be unsubscribed from via the email.
 We keep your details purely for you to save time filling in your details each time you purchase an item. All customer records can be cleared at anytime by the person who they belong to only.
