We aim to dispatch orders same day when placed by 1pm, Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 1pm Monday - Friday, on a Weekend or Bank holiday; will be dispatched on the next working day.
We use DPD to carry out our UK deliveries,
You will receive journey updates on your parcel via SMS, Email or DPD App notification.
DPD will give you a 1hr timeslot on your delivery day, you can track and follow your driver on their way to you.
Not going to be in? If you wish to reschedule, you can:
• Select an alternative delivery date
• Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
• Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
• Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
• Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday.

Worldwide Delivery Options
Please note, we don't offer shipping outside of the UK.
You can look into forwarding companies who would give you a UK address and forward your orders onto your country.
Some countries may incur VAT and Duty, please use a Duty Calculator and be prepared to pay these fees on arrival.
Please be aware that we will not cover these fees. If you are unable to pay your Duty fees the courier service may dispose the order.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange to. You can return your unwanted item back to us for a refund.
Warranty Returns
If your item is covered by Warranty, we'll need to send this off for inspection to the brand's warranty. To start, please get in touch and send us your order number and pictures of what's happened.

Here at Slam69 we're passionate about doing our bit for the environment, after all we love the great outdoors, it’s our favourite place to be! We sell all second hand, used, ex-demo and old stock parts to help reduce waste and give them a new lease of life.

All our packaging is re-used, recycled or recyclable. We encourage you to re-use and recycle your mailing bag, box and packaging.
We also don't include paper Invoices or delivery notes in your delivery, you'll have a PDF Invoice in your Order confirmation email.
We're currently working with our suppliers to further reduce plastic packaging.
We use DPD as our courier for all online orders placed;
not only do they offer a phenomenal delivery service with excellent tracking, live updates and 1 hour time slot, it's next day delivery as standard.

Any of our old bike parts that we cannot use or sell on our recycled page we donate to this awesome initiative.

Here at Slam69 we have a collection point for any donations you may have. These guys are creative and innovative, even if parts are no longer fit for bikes, they will create something awesome!
Recently they organised a pub quiz fund raiser which raised them enough money to buy not one, but TWO new work stands, we were stoked to be able to help them attain a bargain price and order these in for them.

We're a team of 5 who love bikes too! We run the Slam69 Website, Retail Store and Workshop in Gloucester.
You can find everything we stock online, anything you don't see just drop us a message! We're able to get hold of many products and brands from most UK suppliers.
Outdoors is our favourite place to be! 🌲 We strive to help the environment by reusing old and using recyclable packaging. We send out all orders with DPD, not only do they offer Next Day delivery as standard, they are also the UK's most sustainable delivery company.
Getting you back on your bike is priority, so we're actively picking and dispatching your orders Monday - Friday with a 1pm cut off for same day dispatch.
